Shipping & Returns

 – What You See Is What You Get!

We, at Integral Sports Limited, believe that manipulating search results by listing inaccurate low product prices – but with further hidden charges – does not benefit the customer.

The prices listed on our website are inclusive of any applicable sales tax and duty.

They also include any postage and packaging charge*; so you don’t have the disappointment of finding that an item you thought you were getting at a good price dramatically increases in cost at checkout stage.

We will never misrepresent an item for sale, i.e. by listing children sizes and adult sizes together at the lowest price when the adult size costs more to buy. We also describe our items for sale as accurately as possible, so as not to mislead and actively encourage any questions or feedback on our merchandise.

Store Discounts

In addition to free delivery anywhere in the UK we also currently offer customers a set store discount of 10% off your total spend when two or more items are purchased.  This is automatically applied to your cart.  Look out for other great discounts throughout our store!

Secure Online Shopping

Customers who 'checkout' on our website have a number of payment options.  For ultimate security we offer a Barclaycard Payment Interface.  You are directed to Barclaycard's secure payment pages where you can pay by credit, debit or charge card.

We also accept PayPal payments, cheques and postal orders.

Shipping Information

Once an order is processed, we will despatch the items purchased via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard**. We will despatch within two days of receiving cleared payment on stock items and within six working days on non-stock items (please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear). Estimated delivery is therefore 3-8 business days exclusive of bank holidays. Please note that any order received after the close of business on a Friday (i.e. any order received over a weekend) will be processed on a Monday. All of our estimated delivery times are therefore based on a 5 day working week so please bear this in mind when ordering. Recorded delivery can be requested at purchaser’s expense; or should an alternative delivery service be required, please contact us via email.

All goods ordered are offered strictly subject to availability. If an item ordered is unavailable for any reason we will advise the customer immediately. We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail, times and dates given for delivery are estimated, therefore not binding contractual obligations.

* The free delivery option is based on shipment within the UK. We can despatch worldwide and you can obtain shipping costs by selecting your delivery method (Europe or Worldwide) in your Shopping Cart. Goods will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail, estimated delivery times vary. Should an alternative delivery service or further information be required, please contact us via email. 

** In cases where multiple items are purchased, we may use Royal Mails Standard Parcels service or an alternative courier service. [Either when the boxed goods exceed the maximum dimensions for First Class delivery (610x460x460), or when the value of goods needs to be insured]. Estimated delivery 3 business days from despatch. 


Returns Information

Provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in their delivered condition (or in the case of damaged or faulty goods, in the condition in which you received them) within 7 days from the date of receipt, any payment made for the goods in question will be refunded in full, minus our original delivery cost of £2 (charge based on item weighing no more than 500g; an increase of £1 per each additional 500g or part thereof). Please ensure any tags or manufacturer bags are still intact (if resealable) and the goods are undamaged. Integral Sports also reserve the right to refuse refund on any item due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods.

A consumer may communicate this cancellation by email or letter. We will issue a Returns Authorisation Number RAN; Returns sent without the RAN number will be refused. Integral Sports aim to process returns in 7 days, but please allow up to 14 days for refund. Please enclose a covering slip with your name and full address together with your reasons for returning the goods.

Integral Sports does not have a free collection service for returns; therefore take your parcel to the post office and request the standard delivery service. You should obtain a certificate of posting for each item sent (as we do); we will not be liable for any unlikely event of postal error.

Our returns policy complies with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations brought forward by the European Union and laid out by the Department of Trade and Industry.

To make an exchange on your purchased item(s) please follow the Returns Information above, then simply purchase your new requirements. Please feel free to email us should any item be out of stock and we will advise.
