Shipping Information - Free Standard Delivery 📦 🚚  on all UK orders*

Once an order is processed, smaller items purchased will be posted via Royal Mail and larger parcels via suitable couriers**.  We will despatch within one working day of receiving cleared payment on Stock marked items.  Estimated delivery is therefore 2-4 business days exclusive of bank holidays.  Please note that any order received after the close of business on a Friday (i.e. any order received over a weekend) will be processed on a Monday.  All of our estimated delivery times are therefore based on a 5 day working week so please bear this in mind when ordering.  Faster tracked deliveries are available at checkout.

All goods ordered are offered strictly subject to availability.  If an item ordered is unavailable for any reason we will advise the customer upon processing.  Times and dates given for delivery are estimated, therefore not binding contractual obligations.

Once your item(s) have been despatched, we are reliant on Royal Mail or alternative couriers to successfully deliver your parcel(s).  Economy post usually takes 2 to 3 days for delivery from despatch, but unfortunately delays can occasionally occur.  If your order has not reached you after 5 working days from despatch, we encourage you to check with neighbours, your 'safe place' and at your local sorting/postal office for the parcel (even in the event of no calling card being left, which is sometimes the case; based on customer experience).  Nearly all of our small packages are sent in grey mailing bags, with a posting reference number and our return address is printed on the front.  Royal Mail should hold any undelivered packages for 30 calendar days at your local postal/sorting office before returning to us.  Please be assured we will work to a resolution on any unlikely delivery issue.

For parcel despatch using Royal Mail Airmail services, it normally takes 3 to 14 working days for delivery; this varies based on distance travelled and your country's mailing service.  If a signed-for delivery option was chosen at checkout please Contact Us for your tracking number if not provided in your despatch email.

*The free delivery option is based on shipment within the UK.  We can despatch worldwide and you can obtain shipping costs by selecting your country in your Shopping Cart.
Overseas customers please note that any import duties, taxes, or charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  Due to new distance selling regulations at this time these charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.  We do not falsify custom documents, so please don't ask us.

**In cases where multiple items are purchased, we may use an alternative courier service.  [Either when the boxed goods exceed the maximum dimensions for standard delivery, or when the value of goods needs to be further insured], with estimated delivery 2-4 business days from despatch.
🔄  Returns Information

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and we believe that you will be delighted with your purchase.  However, if you do change your mind, or any item is not suitable, you are covered by our 30 day return guarantee.

Returned items must be unused and have all the original packaging and tags intact so that items can be resold.  If we find that items have not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition* we reserve the right to refuse a full refund on the item.

When returning item(s), you will be responsible for the cost of postage**.  For your own protection please keep your postal receipt for reference.  Please ensure goods reach us within 30 days from the date on which they were received.  We will refund the original returned item(s) upon receipt.

If an exchange is needed please place a new order thus ensuring the availability of a product and a faster despatch.  Please feel free to message us should any item be out of stock and we will advise.

If you have received an item that is faulty or sent incorrectly, please contact our customer service team before making arrangements to return the product.  We will act quickly to resolve any issue.

Integral Sports aim to process returns within 48 hours, but please allow up to 5 days for a refund.

Our returns policy complies with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations brought forward by the European Union and laid out by the Department of Trade and Industry.

*For hygiene reasons all underwear is non-returnable if worn
**For international orders please send back through your National Postal Service and keep your postal receipt for reference
