If in-between sizes we would recommend first trying a smaller size bra, e.g. the Medium will probably be a better fit for a woman that usually wears a 36" bra. For C, D, DD, E and F cup sizes we would suggest that you try the Sportjock Super Sports Cotton Bra. 
If you are a 'C' cup then both bras maybe suitable, however most women with a 'C' cup size will find the Sportjock Super Sports Bra a better fit.
