9. Delivery Services
Delivery services requested by customers cannot be refunded.
8. Payment Terms
We will charge your credit or debit card for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your credit or debit card then we have the right to cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
10.1 Our free delivery is for deliveries within United Kingdom. Deliveries are available worldwide and alternative tracked buyer paid services are available.
10.2 We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been despatched in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
10.3 If no one is present at the time of delivery the goods will not be left unless you have left clear instruction in written form that can be taken away by the carrier. Royal mail states if no one is present at the time of delivery the goods are retained at the Delivery Office for 3 weeks (one week for Recorded Signed For™ items). After this items will be returned to our sender address on the external cover of the envelope or packet. If items are returned to Integral Sports by Royal Mail there will be a re-delivery charge if required of £3.00 (charge based on item weighing no more than 1kg; an increase of £1.50 per each additional 1kg or part thereof).
10.4 At the time of delivery to you:-
- Please check the goods thoroughly before signing for them (if carrier has been used).
- If any damage is apparent at the time of delivery please notify us immediately by e-mail enclosing, wherever possible, evidence of the damage.
- If you have left instructions for the goods to be left in your absence any damages must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery enclosing, wherever possible, evidence of the damage.
10.5 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
11. Risk And Ownership
Once the goods have been delivered to you the risk of any damage to or loss of those goods passes to you. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full.
12. Acknowledgement And Acceptance Of Your Order
You will need to provide us with your e-mail address and we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and e-mail you again to confirm despatch of your order. An acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the good(s) ordered.
13. Cancellation Rights Pertaining To Consumers (non business transactions)
13.1 Under the Distance Selling Regulations as a private individual you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any bespoke or made to order items). Provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in their delivered condition (or in the case of damaged or faulty goods, in the condition in which you received them) within 30 working days from the date of receipt, any payment made for the goods in question will be refunded in full. Please ensure any tags or manufacturer bags are still intact (if resealable) and the goods are undamaged. Integral Sports also reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods.
13.2 If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
13.3 If you believe an item to be faulty or incorrect please do not return said item without first contacting us to explain the problem. Any full or part refund cannot be issued without first establishing, with the manufacturer of that product (and not with Integral Sports Ltd) that the fault lays with the product and not through the incorrect use of that product. We will then issue a Returns Authorisation Number RAN; Returns sent without the RAN number may be refused. Goods returned outside of the 30 day period may be sent back to the customer and no credit issued.
13.4 All items must be returned along with their original packaging and with sufficient protection to avoid damage occurring in transit. Please do not stick any labels on nor write directly on any product packaging.
13.5 Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, and the goods have been received back at our premises in a resalable condition, any sum debited to us from your credit, debit card or Paypal account will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 5 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
13.6 You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning any faulty goods. Returns should be sent via standard 2nd class post and a proof of posting obtained. If you choose to send back the goods by courier or a recorded service, then we will only refund the postage amount up to the original outgoing delivery charge. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective; in the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for returning the items to you.
14. Returns Policy Relating To Businesses (i.e. anyone using the goods for anything other than personal use)
14.1 Any return of goods must be made within 14 days of receipt of those goods. Any returns outside of these dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. No refunds will be made in respect of carriage charges.
14.2 If you believe an item to be faulty please do not return said item without first contacting us to explain the problem. Goods returned outside of the 14 day period may be sent back to the customer and no credit issued.
14.3 Products returned outside of the returns policy may be sent back to the customer and/or charged to the customer for return.
14.4 Any single item with a value of £150 or over is returnable at our discretion.
14.5 All items must be returned in their original packaging and sufficiently protected so as to avoid any damage. Please do not stick any labels on nor write directly on any product packaging.
14.6 Once the goods have been received back at our premises in a resalable condition, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
14.7 The value of the Returned Goods must not exceed 3% of the business total spend with Integral Sports during the preceding 12 month period. If the Returned Goods does exceed 3%, whether with Integral Sport’s consent or otherwise, a restock charge of 25% of the price of the Returned Goods in question may, at Integral Sport’s absolute discretion, be charged (such charge subject to a £50, or Euro equivalent, minimum).
